Our team consists of lean experts and project managers. We took our combined experience of over 100 years of delivering large scale initiatives to global clients, consolidated our frustrations and lessons learnt, and established a mission:

Our mission: to build the platform we wish we had when we started delivering projects and programmes. We know what it takes to deliver successful projects, and we want to extend that opportunity to others. Project management is far more than just the schedule! So we designed and built a complete project management framework, not just a planning tool.

'Work Smarter, Not Harder' is a driving factor in our development of PPMeasy. From its initial concept to where we are today, we challenge every element from the user's perspective. If it's not easy to use, and doesn't add value, it's out of scope. PPMeasy is built on a foundation of practicality.
Project Management ≠ Admin.
With our team of Lean experts, we conducted a "War on Waste". Our aim is to reduce the administrative burden of project management, through Lean principles. No more hours spent repeating information into presentation slides and creating one-off presentations to align stakeholders. Less energy spent on admin means more energy to spend on delivering value.

Al brings deep, hands-on experience leading complex projects from concept to completion. With a background spanning R&D, factory design, and product launches, he’s passionate about turning great ideas into tangible results through structured, effective project delivery.
Ian Nicholls
Ian has led large-scale software and implementation projects with global technology leaders including Microsoft, Oracle, and SAP. His experience in guiding product development and scaling start-ups gives him a unique perspective on how structured project management drives growth and success.
Niall Murray
Niall has spent his career designing and refining the 'Practical Project Management' approach for multinational organisations. He has led global initiatives for blue-chip clients, helping teams bring consistency, control, and clarity to complex project portfolios.
Tom Cassidy
Tom combines a strong background in technology and supply chain management with experience bringing new software products from concept to market. Having secured investment and led delivery teams, he understands the realities of bringing a new online platform to life.
